Guided Go-Live

A fixed-scope two-week setup. We configure your rate sheets, jobs, users, approval routing, branded PDFs, and accounting export, then run your first two weeks of tickets alongside your team. You are not handed a login and left alone. Credited in full if you start with a 90-day paid pilot.

Common questions

Can we start with a pilot?: Yes. A 90-day paid pilot is $1,000, and it credits in full against Guided Go-Live if you continue.
Do I sign an annual contract?: Month-to-month is available. Annual prepay earns two months free. Longer terms are a conversation when they help both sides plan capacity, not a requirement to start.
What happens to my data if I leave?: You can take your ticket and rate data with you. Full export is available on request at any time, including during offboarding.
